Marietta Gateway Redevelopment:
The City of Marietta has acquired 96.8 acres on Franklin Gateway. As a part fo the deal with Atlanta United, the city will build three lighted multipurpose fields with parking, restroom and concession facilities on a 13.5-acre green space site of the old Preston Chase.
City of Marietta Land Acquisitions:
In addition to purchasing Ikea and new park and practice fields to drive citizen connectivity;
The City of Marietta will also acquire Drive Shack and Atlanta United’s Training Complex.
